This means that our team understands the processes and expectations of those not only around them, but those working for them and in different departments.

Chief Executive Officer
With a background as Chief Operating Officer for a major U.S. insurer, Barbara brings a wealth of management and operational expertise to the table. Barbara is also involved in local politics and recently retired after 14yrs as a City Councilor.

Jeff can be found most days in the welding area of the shop affectionately known as “Grampa’s Garage”. A lifelong craftsman, he is an expert welder and product designer. His passion for perfection inspires everyone on the team.

Jeff is our resident expert on everything manufacturing. From fixture design to programming and everything in between, Jeff can, and has, done it all. He has spearheaded our lean initiatives and is passionate about continuous improvement.

Marc joined the Reformed team after leading a team of over 200 people at a major U.S. Electronics Manufacturer. He brings with him a passion for entrepreneurship and Lean / 6 Sigma. He single handedly spearheaded our ISO 9001 Certification.

With over 20 yrs experience running and setting up cnc machinery, Jaime brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to the team at Reformed MFG. Recently, Jaime has taken over as QC Supervisor due to his attention to detail and experience with complex prints.

Bobby keeps everything coming and going here at Reformed! He brings his experience as shipping manager for a major hardware chain to the team. Always willing to lend a hand, he makes sure that our customers get their parts on time, every time. Bobby loves running, hiking and the outdoors.

Machine Operator
Ayden joined our team in 2022 fresh out of high school. He has been honing his skills and has recently moved into learning setups. He’s a lifelong athlete and is passionate about both baseball and basketball. His mission is to watch a game at every baseball stadium in the country.
