Your parts.
Your schedule.
A long-term fit.

You need a manufacturing partner who understands the work—and the demand behind it.

Reformed MFG focuses on medium-run production and repeat parts. We welcome smaller releases when they are part of a consistent, ongoing requirement.

Production runs

When your design is ready for production, we’re ready to talk through the details. Share your drawing, material requirements, and planned quantities so we can understand what it will take to support your program.

Recurring releases

Whether you need twenty milled parts each month or five hundred Swiss parts on a regular schedule, we’d like to hear about it. Smaller releases can be an excellent fit when they are part of a consistent, ongoing requirement.

03 /

Ongoing supplier relationships

If you’re looking for a new source for an existing component, let’s start with what matters to your team. We’ll discuss the part, expected demand, and delivery requirements to understand how we can become a useful long-term partner.

THE RIGHT FIT IS ABOUT QUANTITY + FREQUENCY.

Machining, welding & assembly

Production is
our common thread.

From machined components to welded assemblies, our capabilities support the parts you need again and again. Explore the processes below, or send us your requirements and we’ll help you assess the fit.

Precision welding & assembly

Bring the pieces
together.

Our capabilities don’t stop when the machining is finished. We offer precision welding, fabrication, and assembly, with TIG equipment for aluminum, stainless steel, and high-temperature alloys, MIG welding for steel, and dedicated fixture tables to support repeat work.

If your program includes welded components or assemblies, we’d be happy to review the drawings, materials, and required welding specifications with you.

Lean manufacturing / Just-in-time supply

Built around
your production rhythm.

The right manufacturing partner should understand not only how your part is made, but when you need it.

We practice lean manufacturing, using 5S and continuous improvement to keep work organized, reduce waste, and improve the flow of production. That approach supports our focus on repeat parts and long-term customer relationships.

We also support just-in-time manufacturing needs through planned, recurring releases. By discussing your forecast, order frequency, and agreed lead times together, we can work toward a supply schedule that supports your production without treating every release as an unrelated job.

A useful first conversation

Start with the part.
Plan for the program.

01 / REQUIREMENTS

Share the essentials.

Start with your current drawing and a little context about the part. Material specifications, critical features, and inspection or documentation requirements help us understand what a successful result looks like for your team.

02 / DEMAND

Give us the full picture.

Let us know how many parts you need per release, how often you expect to order, and your target timing. A view of annual demand helps us discuss a production plan that supports your schedule.

03 / NEXT STEPS

Discuss the production fit.

We’ll review your inquiry and follow up to work through the details with you. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, identify any missing information, and establish a clear path toward a production quote.
