Production CNC milling

For established components with pockets, bores, faces, and other milled features, we focus on production quantities and recurring orders. Share your drawing and release schedule so we can assess the machining requirements together.
Smaller monthly or quarterly releases are welcome when the part repeats consistently. Include annual demand as well as the quantity on your next purchase order.

We provide production turning for shafts, sleeves, housings, and other rotational components. Live tooling, Y-axis capability, and dual-spindle equipment help us address parts that combine turned and milled features, while our vertical lathe provides an option for larger work.
We’d be glad to review your drawing with you. Include the material grade, finished dimensions, critical diameters, threads, surface requirements, and expected order frequency so we can consider both the part and the production plan.

7-axis Swiss / Up to 1.5-inch diameter
Our seven-axis Swiss equipment combines front-working, back-working, and cross-working live tooling for detailed components. It is a useful option to discuss when your part has multiple features and sustained demand, whether that means a larger production run or regular scheduled releases.
A smaller release can still be a strong fit when it is part of a recurring program. If you need 500 pieces every month, tell us that—not just the first order quantity.

5-axis wire EDM
Our five-axis wire EDM capability supports precise profiles and features in electrically conductive materials. It gives us another way to approach demanding geometry, and we welcome both production batches and smaller quantities that repeat consistently.
To help us assess your application, include the material condition, part thickness, profile requirements, and tolerances. If the part also needs milling or turning, please include the complete requirements so we can discuss the work as a whole.

TIG & MIG welding / Dedicated fixturing
When your component becomes part of a welded assembly, the work doesn’t have to stop at machining. We offer precision welding, fabrication, and assembly alongside our CNC capabilities, giving you a place to discuss the complete manufacturing requirement.
Our Miller Dynasty 200 TIG equipment supports work in aluminum, stainless steel, and high-temperature alloys, while our Millermatic 251 is used primarily for steel. BuildPRO MAX fixture tables help us locate and support components during welding, from simpler frames to more involved assemblies.
We’re particularly interested in repeat welding and assembly work that fits an ongoing production program. Please include weld symbols, materials, quantities, inspection needs, and any required codes, procedures, or welder qualifications so we can confirm the application-specific requirements before quoting.

A few useful answers.
Do you take smaller orders?
Yes, when they repeat consistently. A requirement for 20 milled or turned parts each month, or 500 Swiss parts each month, can be a good fit. Share the release quantity and the longer-term demand.
Do you offer prototype machining?
Our shop is focused on established parts and recurring production rather than prototype machining. If your design is ready for repeat manufacture, we’d welcome a conversation about the quantities and schedule you have in mind.
What materials do you work with?
Our experience includes Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, Nimonic, Monel, and stainless steel. Visit our materials page and include the exact grade and condition in your inquiry.
Can you support just-in-time manufacturing?
Yes. Our focus on recurring parts supports conversations about planned releases and just-in-time supply. Share your forecast, ordering frequency, and delivery needs so we can agree on a practical schedule and lead times. Our lean manufacturing practices support organized work and continuous improvement throughout production.
What do you need to review a production quote?
Part requirements, material, quantity per release, expected ordering frequency, annual demand if known, and timing. Include any inspection and documentation requirements. Our public RFQ form accepts non-CUI requests only.
