Nickel alloys

Inconel machining

Known for strength and resistance to heat and corrosion, Inconel alloys are used in demanding environments where ordinary materials may not provide the required performance.

We machine Inconel components for repeat production. Share the exact alloy grade, material condition, and critical features so we can review the manufacturing requirements with you.

Nickel alloys

Hastelloy machining

Hastelloy alloys are valued for corrosion resistance in demanding service, including chemical-processing applications. The properties and suitability depend on the particular grade and operating environment.

If your drawing calls for Hastelloy, we’d welcome a conversation about your component and its production schedule. The alloy designation, material specification, and inspection needs give us a useful starting point.

Lightweight strength

Titanium machining

Titanium is known for its high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance. It is used in applications where keeping weight down matters without giving up the performance the design requires.

Our production focus includes established titanium parts with recurring demand. Let us know the specified grade, important tolerances, and planned release quantities so we can discuss your requirements in context.

High-temperature alloys

Nimonic machining

Nimonic alloys are used for high-temperature performance in applications such as gas-turbine components and other demanding environments. The specific grade determines the properties available to the designer.

We welcome repeat-production inquiries for Nimonic components. Include the alloy specification and any material-condition or documentation requirements, and we’ll work through the details with you.

Corrosion-resistant alloys

Monel machining

Monel alloys are known for corrosion resistance, particularly in marine and chemical-processing applications. They offer engineers another material option for challenging service conditions.

For Monel parts, share the grade, drawing, and expected demand so we can assess the machining requirements. If welding or assembly is also part of the program, please include those requirements in your inquiry.
