ISO 9001:2015 certified / Quality

The next batch
matters just as much.

Reformed Manufacturing is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our quality management system, inspection resources, and commitment to continuous improvement support the work you need today—and the next production release after it.

Certified quality management

ISO 9001:2015
certified.

A documented quality system for the manufacture of precision machined metal parts.

Our ISO 9001:2015 certification is issued by Perry Johnson Registrars. The registered scope is The Manufacture of Precision Machined Metal Parts. We welcome engineers and purchasing teams who need to review our certification as part of their supplier approval process.

Certification is one part of the picture. We also want to understand the specific drawing, inspection, and documentation requirements that determine acceptance for your parts, so they can be considered before production begins.

Start with the requirements

Define what
good looks like.

Dimensions are only part of the conversation. Material specifications, inspection needs, and documentation belong in the quote review, too.

For recurring work, tell us how the part is ordered and whether requirements change between releases. We want the production discussion to reflect the program you actually need to support.

Make the critical
details clear.

01 / PART DEFINITION

Drawing & revision

Identify the current drawing revision, critical tolerances, surface requirements, and any notes that affect manufacturing or acceptance.

02 / MATERIAL

Specification & condition

Include the exact grade and condition, required material certifications, and any specified secondary processing.

03 / ACCEPTANCE

Inspection & records

Tell us which inspection reports, traceability records, or other deliverables your purchase order requires so we can review them before quoting.

Inspection resources

Understand the part.
Verify the details.

Our inspection resources include a Mitutoyo Bright Apex CMM in a climate-controlled environment, height gages and surface plates, and a range of calipers, micrometers, thread gages, and pin gages. These tools support the review of features across a variety of component types.

We use 1Factory inspection software for drawing ballooning and inspection documentation, including support for first-article inspection and PPAP workflows. If your program requires a particular report or submission package, please tell us during the quote review so we can confirm the requirements together.

Lean manufacturing

Better flow.
Continuous improvement.

We practice lean manufacturing because repeat work benefits from attention to the process as well as the finished part.

5S activities, organized work areas, and ongoing improvement help us reduce waste and keep production moving. Our goal is to make the way we work more consistent, useful, and sustainable for the people doing it and the customers relying on it.

That approach also supports just-in-time manufacturing programs. With a shared understanding of forecasts, release quantities, and agreed lead times, we can discuss a recurring supply schedule that fits your operations.
