Your information / Reformed Manufacturing

Privacy policy.

This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact our team, or submit a request for quote.

Last updated: September 4, 2026.

Who is responsible for your information?

Reformed Manufacturing, LLC, operating as Reformed MFG, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our mailing address is 5b Fanaras Drive, Salisbury, MA 01952, United States.

Marc O’Connor, VP of Operations, handles privacy requests and oversees our records-retention practices. To contact Marc about your information, email sales@reformedmfg.com or call 978-255-7768.

Information you provide

When you submit an RFQ or contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, business email address, company, telephone number, correspondence, part requirements, quantities, ordering frequency, annual demand, and uploaded drawings or models. Files may contain personal information such as names or contact details in drawing title blocks.

Please provide only information needed for your inquiry and ensure you are authorized to share it. Required fields help us understand and respond to your request; optional fields are identified on the form. You can browse the site without submitting an RFQ, but we may be unable to evaluate an inquiry without the relevant contact and part information.

Controlled and sensitive information

Our public RFQ form and ordinary email are not approved channels for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Do not include CUI, export-controlled technical data, or sensitive personal information in a public submission. If your project involves controlled information, contact sales without including that information so we can arrange an appropriate transfer method.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to evaluate manufacturing requirements, communicate with you, prepare quotes, and manage related business records. Technical information helps us operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. Where you consent to Google Analytics, we use website-usage information to understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, the relevant basis depends on the purpose: taking steps at your request before a contract where you are the prospective contracting party; our legitimate interests in responding to business contacts and protecting our systems; compliance with applicable legal obligations; or your consent for optional analytics.

Website logs and service providers

Our hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request times, visited URLs, browser information, and security events. The site is hosted with NameHero, and our business email uses Google Workspace. Service providers supporting hosting, email, security, maintenance, and backups may process information as needed to provide those services. RFQs are stored in our Fulcrum Pro ERP system, with access restricted to authorized users. Fulcrum Pro supports our handling of quotes and related manufacturing records. Relevant authorized personnel review inquiries to assess and respond to the requested work.

When outside vendors or subcontractors are involved in quoting or processing parts, we share only the information necessary for that work. Depending on the inquiry, this may include relevant part requirements, drawings, and the contact information needed to coordinate the work.

We may also disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. This website is intended for business inquiries; submitting an RFQ does not subscribe you to an email-marketing list.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Necessary cookies support site functionality and remember your consent preferences. Google Analytics is planned for the production website but is not currently enabled on this staging site. If enabled, it will be subject to your analytics consent choice and will use cookies and related information to measure visits and interactions, such as pages viewed, referral sources, and device or browser characteristics. Google processes information under its applicable terms. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can accept optional analytics, reject it, or change your selection through the cookie controls. Use the Cookie Preferences button to reopen those controls and withdraw consent. Declining analytics does not prevent you from browsing our capabilities or contacting us. Withdrawal affects future consent-based processing, not processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

How long we keep information

Our records-retention rules are governed by our ISO 9001 manual. The applicable retention schedule depends on the record category and relevant contractual, quality, and legal requirements. Marc O’Connor oversees these practices; information about the applicable schedule may be requested through sales@reformedmfg.com.

Records associated with accepted orders are subject to their applicable order and quality-record requirements. A continuing discussion, legal obligation, or specific dispute may affect how long a record is retained.

Security logs, analytics records, and backups have separate retention settings. Contact Marc through sales@reformedmfg.com for information about the applicable periods and the treatment of residual backup copies. Deletion from a form does not automatically remove copies from email, Fulcrum Pro, or backups.

International processing

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Contact Marc through sales@reformedmfg.com for information about the processing locations and international-transfer arrangements, including any applicable safeguards, relevant to your inquiry.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a portable copy of personal information. You may also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact Marc O’Connor through sales@reformedmfg.com to make a request; we may need to verify your identity. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

If EU or UK data-protection law applies, you may complain to your local supervisory authority. UK visitors can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would also welcome the opportunity to address your concern directly.

Security, external links, and updates

We use measures intended to protect the information we handle, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Links to external services, including appointment scheduling, take you to services with their own privacy practices. We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The last-updated date is shown above.
