Terms & conditions.
A clear starting point for using our website and sharing a manufacturing inquiry with our team.
Last updated: September 4, 2026.
About these terms
This website is operated by Reformed Manufacturing, LLC, also known as Reformed MFG, at 5b Fanaras Drive, Salisbury, MA 01952, United States. These terms cover website use and public RFQ submissions only. They are not sales terms, purchase-order conditions, an NDA, or a manufacturing agreement. If you have questions, please contact sales@reformedmfg.com before submitting information.
Information about our capabilities
Our website provides general information about our services, equipment, materials, and production focus. Published machine sizes and process descriptions are not a guarantee that a particular part can be manufactured. Actual fit depends on geometry, material, tooling, workholding, tolerances, inspection, and the required operations. Our team will review the details of your application before making a commitment.
Material descriptions are introductory information, not engineering advice or a substitute for selecting and validating a material for your application. You are responsible for communicating the applicable design, safety, regulatory, and acceptance requirements.
An RFQ is an inquiry, not an order
Submitting an RFQ asks us to review a potential manufacturing requirement. It does not create an accepted order, reserve capacity, confirm pricing or delivery, or establish a manufacturing contract. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt only.
Pricing, lead times, deliverables, and any manufacturing obligations must be addressed in a separate quotation, order acknowledgment, or written agreement as applicable. These website terms do not replace separately agreed commercial terms.
Information and files you submit
Please provide accurate contact information and identify the current drawing revision, material specification, quantities, expected demand, and relevant inspection or documentation requirements. Tell us promptly if a requirement changes after your inquiry.
Submit only files and information you are authorized to share. You retain your ownership rights in submitted materials; sharing them for an RFQ allows us to review and use them for evaluating and responding to that inquiry. It does not transfer ownership of your design to Reformed MFG.
If an NDA or special confidentiality, handling, or access restriction is required, contact us to arrange it before uploading files. Our public form does not itself establish an NDA or an approved controlled-data environment.
No controlled information through public channels
Do not upload Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, classified information, or sensitive personal information through this form or send it by ordinary email. Contact sales@reformedmfg.com without including the controlled information so we can discuss an appropriate transfer method. Only non-CUI PDF, STEP, or STP attachments are intended for this public RFQ process.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to submit malicious files, spam, unlawful content, or information that violates another party’s rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website’s operation, or bypass security controls. We may decline or remove an inquiry that cannot be safely or appropriately handled.
Website content and external links
The Reformed MFG name, branding, photographs, and original site content belong to their respective owners. Please request permission before reusing our materials beyond uses allowed by law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Links to external services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control their availability or content.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may change and the site may occasionally be unavailable. Please confirm information that is material to your purchasing or engineering decision directly with our team. Nothing in these website terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, or changes obligations contained in a separate agreement.
Privacy and updates
Personal information submitted through the site is addressed in our Privacy Policy. Optional analytics choices are managed through the cookie controls. We may update these website terms as the site or its services change. The last-updated date is shown above.
